Fabian Kyule Muli

Hon. Fabian Kyule Muli is the Member of Parliament for Kangundo Constituency, serving his second term in the 13th Parliament. A former US Army officer and businessman, he serves as party leader of the Grand Dream Development Party (GDDP). His campaign agenda focuses on youth trade empowerment, technical vocational training, rural road networks, and sustainable water infrastructure across Kangundo.
