Nicholas Scott Tindi Mwale

Hon. Nicholas Scott Tindi Mwale is an accomplished Kenyan politician, entrepreneur, and trained aeronautical engineer who serves as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Butere Constituency. He holds a critical leadership role in the National Assembly as the Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), where he oversees the auditing of government expenditures. Beyond his domestic legislative responsibilities, Mwale serves as the Secretary-General of the African Organization for Public Accounts Committees (AFROPAC), driving fiscal accountability across regional parliaments. Professionally, he holds a diploma in Aeronautical Engineering and a degree in Business Administration, having previously worked at Wilson Airport before establishing corporate and philanthropic initiatives via the Tindi Mwale Foundation.
