Owen Yaa Baya

Hon. Owen Yaa Baya is a Kenyan educationist, public administrator, and politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Kilifi North Constituency. He is one of the Coast region's most senior national leaders, having been appointed Deputy Majority Leader in the National Assembly during the 13th Parliament. Before entering elective politics, he served in senior management at Pwani University and later as the County Secretary of Kilifi County.
