Patrick Keturet Ole Ntutu

Patrick Keturet Ole Ntutu is a Kenyan politician and the current Governor of Narok County, elected in 2022 on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket. Born on October 10, 1970, he hails from the Maasai community and is the son of the late Paramount Chief Lerionka Ole Ntutu. He studied in Narok before earning a scholarship to the United States, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and later an MBA in Finance at Roosevelt University in Chicago. His career spans public administration, conservation, and politics: he served as a District Officer and Acting District Commissioner, held leadership roles in Maasai Mara land and wildlife conservation, and represented Narok West as a Member of Parliament from 2013 to 2022. As governor, he has focused on revenue growth, infrastructure development, and sustainable conservation, raising Narok’s local revenue significantly and earning one of the highest approval ratings among first-term governors in Kenya. His leadership blends financial expertise, grassroots experience, and a strong commitment to community development.
