Richard Moitalel Ole Kenta is a Kenyan lawyer and politician who served as the Member of Parliament for Narok North for two consecutive terms. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, he has also served on several parliamentary committees dealing with constitutional implementation and environmental affairs.
