Tom Ojanga

Tom Ojanga is a seasoned politician and former long-time ally of Raila Odinga who later shifted his allegiance to become a confidant of Gideon Moi.In the 2022 elections, he aggressively campaigned for the Homa Bay Senatorial seat. During that cycle, he was vocal against "six-piece" party voting patterns, arguing that automatic party ticket voting had previously left Homa Bay underdeveloped. He remains a prominent political force within Homa Bay’s local governance dialogues ahead of 2027.He has historically served as the First Vice-Chairman of KANU and the party's regional coordinator for the Nyanza zone.
