Wavinya Ndeti

Wavinya Ndeti is a prominent Kenyan politician, computer scientist, and businesswoman currently serving as the 2nd Governor of Machakos County. Elected under the Wiper Democratic Movement banner, she assumed office in August 2022. She made history as the first female Member of Parliament (MP) for the Kathiani Constituency and is a pioneer member of Kenya's Council of Governors G7 caucus, which advocates for female political leadership.
